Bit by Bit




	Tony Le Mura is a drummer/vocalist with a wide range of experience across Brisbane’s Cabaret Club Circuit of the 70’s and 80’s including bands such as: The Rebels, 3 Wheel Drive, Country Fever and Replay Show Band, as well as being part of a variety of backing bands which supported top Local, Interstate and International artists.




	Paul Messer is an accomplished bass player/vocalist with a strong background in the entertainment industry. Paul has performed in some of Brisbane’s popular bands from the late 60’s through to the 90’s, including: Purple Haze, The Winter Brothers, The Clefs, Local Motive (Canberra) and Stage 2 (Duo).




	Ian Kent is a seasoned guitarist/vocalist from North Queensland where he featured at Mt Isa’s popular Irish Club with the fabulous band “Gauge” attracting over 2000 people nightly. Several other bands Ian performed with included: The Stilettos(60’s) Country Express (70’s), Footloose (80’s) and Flashback (90’s).

Bit by Bit are a three piece Rock and Roll band playing the hits of many of the great Legends of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s including contemporary rock.

Bit by Bit is a vocal/instrumental trio consisting of Ian on guitar/vocals, Paul on bass/vocals and Tony on drums/vocals.

The band formed in Paul’s garage in 2005, with each member bringing together their unique style of music. Ian, Paul and Tony with their own various styles and experience have combined the band into a tight rock and roll outfit. Bit by Bit have been regular performers at well known clubs and dance venues throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, including the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

The band has a popular following amongst the Rock and Roll fraternity which include their good friends, Brisbane’ Premier Rock and Roll dance club, the Sunshine Rockers.
